KVKK Clarification Text

As xs.net.tr, we attach importance to the protection of personal data within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. This clarification text has been prepared to explain for what purposes the personal data of individuals who use our virtual server services, visit our website, place an order, submit a support request or contact us is processed.

Your personal data may be processed for providing VPS, VDS and cloud virtual server services, creating customer accounts, managing order and payment processes, carrying out billing operations, responding to technical support requests, ensuring service security, keeping system records and fulfilling legal obligations.

The personal data processed may include name, surname, email address, phone number, IP address, customer panel access records, payment and billing information, order details, support request content, service usage details, system logs and communication records. These data categories may vary depending on the nature of the service.

Your personal data is processed based on the establishment and performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, establishment, exercise or protection of a right, protection of our legitimate interests and, where necessary, your explicit consent. The data is stored and protected in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation.

Your personal data may be shared with payment institutions, accounting and finance service providers, technical infrastructure providers, data center service providers, legal authorities and authorized public institutions only to the extent necessary. Such sharing is carried out in a limited manner for service delivery or fulfillment of legal obligations.

xs.net.tr takes necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of personal data. Security controls are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, reduce data loss risks, ensure system security and protect the service infrastructure.

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purposes and for the legal retention periods stipulated by applicable legislation. When the retention period expires or the purpose of processing no longer exists, personal data may be deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, personal data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction of data and exercise other rights specified in the law.

You may submit your KVKK-related requests to us through the communication channels of xs.net.tr. Your requests will be evaluated within the scope of applicable legislation and concluded within the legal time limits.
