Terms of Use

All users who purchase or use services through xs.net.tr are deemed to have accepted these terms of use. This text has been prepared to explain the general rules, user responsibilities and service provider rights regarding VPS, VDS, cloud virtual server and similar virtual server services.

xs.net.tr provides only virtual server services. Within the scope of the service, users are provided with virtual server packages that include specific CPU, RAM, disk, traffic and network resources. The user is responsible for using the resources included in the purchased package in accordance with the law, general internet usage rules and these terms of use.

The user may not engage in activities such as sending spam, phishing, hosting malware, botnet operations, launching DDoS attacks, port scanning, unauthorized access attempts, copyright infringement, publishing illegal content, fraud, deception, damaging the infrastructure through cryptocurrency mining or violating the rights of third parties.

The user is responsible for all operations performed on the virtual server. The operating system, software, security configurations, access passwords, backup processes and server content installed on the server are the responsibility of the user. The user is responsible for protecting server access information and preventing unauthorized access.

Service resources must be used within the limits of the purchased package. If CPU, RAM, disk, traffic or network resources are abused, negatively affect the service quality of other users, threaten infrastructure security or disrupt system performance, xs.net.tr reserves the right to take necessary technical measures. These measures may include limiting resource usage, temporarily suspending the service or terminating the service.

The user is responsible for backing up the data hosted on the virtual server. Unless an additional backup service is provided by xs.net.tr, regular backup of server content is the responsibility of the user. Regular backups are recommended to prevent possible data loss.

xs.net.tr may perform planned maintenance work to improve service quality, ensure security, update infrastructure or fulfill technical requirements. Planned maintenance operations will be announced to users in advance whenever possible. Emergency security or system interventions may be carried out without prior notice.

Payment obligations are important for service continuity. Services that have expired, have not been renewed or have not been paid for may be suspended or terminated. The data retention period for suspended services may vary depending on the package and service conditions.

xs.net.tr reserves the right to suspend, cancel or report to the relevant legal authorities if users misuse the service, engage in illegal activities, damage the infrastructure, violate the rights of third parties or act contrary to these terms of use.

These terms of use may be updated from time to time. The current terms become effective as of the date they are published on xs.net.tr. Continuing to use the services means that the user accepts the updated terms of use.
